As we all know India is a tea-loving country. Nevertheless even coffee has made its place in the hearts of India. And not just in India but in the world the most consumed beverage after the tea is coffee. Because it is believed that coffee boosts energy levels in the body.
The beans of coffee are roasted and then grounded to create a powdery texture.
Coffee is nothing but a dark colour, bitter, acidic chemical that contains a specific amount of caffeine which creates awareness in the human body.

- Use of warm milk
- Using creams

Having fancy types of coffee like Mocha latte, Panera, white chocolate using whole milk and whipped cream, McDonald’s Caramel Frappe, Swirl Frozen coffee and many more such types of coffee do not help to prevent sleepiness or boost your energy.
Most people prefer not to use milk with coffee as it contains a high carbs count and allergic potential. Coffee can help to prevent sleep only if consumed in a proper way and in limited proportion.

According to research, ashwagandha assists the human body to sleep faster and experience good quality sleep.
Herbs like passionflower, hops and lemon balm
Herbal remedies have been popular for ages. Like passion flowers have calming effects, culturally it is used to have a better sleep. Hops are also traditionally used for sleeping problems. It has been said that if you take a dose of 100mg hops with a non-alcoholic beer it shows improvements in the quality of sleep.
Some other medications that include tablets or drugs which help to prevent sleep are Modafinil and Armodafinil. But, there are some basic side effects of these medications namely headache, dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, diarrhoea, constipation, difficulty in paying attention, numbness etc.
Caffeine does not help to sleep. Intake of coffee at an off-hour or so before going to bed can abruptly disturb sleep.
